PineCon

In 2015, three guys had an idea.

What if there was such a thing as a gaming retreat? What if there was a gaming convention at a summer camp? What if there was food provided for every meal? What if there were beds provided in summer camp style? What if there were cool people and awesome games being played all weekend long?

Those guys decided to make the dream a reality, and thus PineCon was born.

Tabletop RPGs, board games, and card games are the focus.

The setting is at 6800′ in the San Bernardino Mountains, at the foot of Mount San Gorgonio, between Redlands and Big Bear. The camp is Camp de Benneville Pines.

Join us October 19 – 21, 2018 for gaming in the mountains. It’s going to be amazing and we can’t wait to join you there. Register now!

  1. I’d like to know the cost of this retreat, and if you have any more information, such as any events scheduled. If you have any pics of the location that would be great too.

      1. If we are going as a family of 4, would we be in a cabin to ourselves and what would the lodging cost be? The children would be ages 7 and 9. Thanks!

      2. The cabins are dorm style, with multiple rooms with bunk beds and shared bathrooms. You wouldn’t have a cabin to yourself, but you would have a room for just your family. The cost would be for 2 adults at $155 each and 2 children under 12 at $85 each: $480.

    1. No, you’re not missing anything. To register multiple adults, you’ll need to go through registration for each one. Only children can be registered at the same time as an adult.

      1. Is there a email list I can subscribe to for notifications? If not I guess I can sent a calendar reminder to check this website again in 6 months or however long you’d recommend.
